These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Harmony Rising website and any services provided by Harmony Rising. By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Offered
Harmony Rising provides energy healing services including Kundalini Reiki, subconscious reprogramming, reflexology, space clearing, clairvoyant sessions, and personal fitness training. All services are offered in person at our practice in Sandhurst, Kent, or remotely where applicable.
2. Booking and Payment

To secure your session:
• A 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required at the time of booking.
• The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of your treatment, prior to your session beginning.
• All deposits and payments are non-transferable to another date, person, or location. -
This policy reflects the time, preparation, and travel involved in creating a safe and aligned healing environment for each client.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Harmony Rising dedicates time, travel, and energy to each session. For this reason:
• All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
This covers preparation, travel planning, administration, and the coordination required when organising multiple clients within the same location.
• If you cancel your session for any reason, your deposit will be retained to honour the time and arrangements already set aside for you, and to avoid impacting the pricing and scheduling of other clients.
4. Late Arrivals & No Shows
Please arrive on time to receive the full benefit of your session. Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time.
• Failure to attend your appointment will be treated as a cancellation, and the full payment will be required.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will require full payment.
5. Health Disclaimer
Harmony Rising offers complementary therapies and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Our services should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment. Always consult your GP or healthcare provider for medical concerns.
You are responsible for sharing any relevant physical, emotional, or health-related conditions before your session begins.
6. Client Conduct
Clients are expected to behave respectfully. Any abusive, inappropriate or unsafe behaviour will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
By booking with Harmony Rising, you acknowledge and agree that:
• You have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
• You are responsible for ensuring your availability on the date of your session.
• You understand that all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
7. Use of Website
All content on this website — including text, imagery, design and branding — is the property of Harmony Rising and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.
8. Liability
Harmony Rising is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may arise from the use of our services or website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Changes to These Terms
