Harmony Rising – Terms & Conditions Honouring time, energy, and the sacred space of your healing journey. ⸻ Bookings & Payments To secure your session: • A 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required at the time of booking. • The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of your treatment, prior to your session beginning. • All deposits and payments are non-transferable to another date, person, or location. This policy reflects the time, preparation, and travel involved in creating a safe and aligned healing environment for each client. ⸻ Cancellation Policy Harmony Rising dedicates time, travel, and energy to each session. For this reason: • All deposits are strictly non-refundable. This covers preparation, travel planning, administration, and the coordination required when organising multiple clients within the same location. • If you cancel your session for any reason, your deposit will be retained to honour the time and arrangements already set aside for you, and to avoid impacting the pricing and scheduling of other clients. ⸻ Late Arrivals & No Shows • Please arrive on time to receive the full benefit of your session. Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time. • Failure to attend your appointment will be treated as a cancellation, and the full payment will be required. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will require full payment. ⸻ Client Responsibility By booking with Harmony Rising, you acknowledge and agree that: • You have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. • You are responsible for ensuring your availability on the date of your session. • You understand that all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
