Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We kindly ask for at least 7 days’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 48 hours and 7 days will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours, or no-shows, will not be refunded. Clients can reschedule by contacting us directly, and we will always assess illness or emergency cases on an individual basis with care and understanding. Please note: repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings. Thank you for your understanding and respect for our time and energy.
